Shipping & Returns
Before initiating the delivery, all our formulations are checked for any damages and hand packed in Mumbai. Please allow us the following number of days to deliver your formulations to you:
All orders are processed within 2 working days (we want to ensure you get the freshest batch, so quality check takes time). You can expect your formulation to reach you within 2 to 3 business days within Mumbai and 4-5 working days outside Mumbai. For locations which are outside of Mumbai or in difficult coverage area, it may take 7 to 10 working days.
For all deliveries:
Order deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you are not available to sign your package any alternate person can sign for you. However, Oleum Cottage does not take responsibility for goods signed by alternate person.
For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service (Email: with images of the specific concern) within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of worth INR 2000 and above. This order value is calculated after applying any discount or offer.

What is your return policy?
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, as our goal is to provide you with formulations that are perfect for your skin and health.
We do not offer any return/refunds once the purchase has been made. This is because every batch is made fresh and we do not use any artificial ingredients to extend the life of the product and to maintain hygiene, products once bought cannot be returned. However, we would appreciate if you could tell us why you thought of returning our products. Trust us they work. Give it a go.
What if I received my order damaged?
In rare cases, if our courier partner slips and delivers you a broken or leaked bottle, please get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery. You will need to send the images of your damaged parcel to or Whatsapp on
+91 9326470587. We will be very happy to deliver your new formulation to your doorstep. A minimal incidental cost if any, will be communicated to you based on your specific case.
Can I exchange my products for something else?
Sorry! Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on any items.
What is your Cancellation policy?
We process your orders as soon as we receive them. Yes, we are prompt like that. But we do understand that sometimes, you may wish to cancel your order. So orders once placed on can be cancelled till you receive the fulfilment email from us, which typically takes about 2 hours during our working days. Please do send an email to AND call us on 9326470587 to talk about your cancellation. If the cancellation is agreed upon, we will issue a credit note to you. Orders purchased during promotions/discounts cannot be cancelled. Cancellation is not applicable on gift cards and gift boxes.
