 It is important to follow usage instructions. If your skin is highly sensitive or acne prone, start with step (1) for 3 days, then introduce step (3) for 3 days, and finally, add step (2) in between.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place avoiding direct heat, sunlight or moisture. Use it fresh and daily to see best results.

Our face cremes are emulsified using Montanov™ L (C14-22 Alcohol, C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside) which is a green synthesis emulsifier with ECOCert approval. It is 100% of vegetable origin and GMO-free. Green synthesis means that it is made without solvents, is ethylene oxide-free, preservative-free and biodegradable.

Our cremes are preserved using Spectrastat™ G2 Natural, a 100% natural ECOCERT certified preservative, that includes glyceryl caprylate, a natural skin conditioning agent that also has antimicrobial properties, caprylhydroxamic acid, an organic amino acid derived from coconut, a chelating agent and glycerin.

This balm is made entirely of plant-derived ingredients like Castor Oil and Grape Seed Oil, natural non-comedogenic cleansers that are known to be one of the most skin-friendly ingredients that removes impurities, dirt and sebum from the deepest of pores.

3. Is it safe to remove eye makeup?

Yes, this cleansing balm is gentle on the eyes and safe to remove eye makeup. 

4. Is double cleansing important?

If you have oily, combination, sensitive or acne prone skin that is prone to pore clogging then double cleanser is your saviour! Double cleansing process removes environmental traces, make up and cleans the pores deeply. It is best to double cleanse at night.

7. How will this help remove blackheads?

Castor oil when combined with Mango Butter, lightly exfoliates skin. We recommend you first take a steam on your face so the black heads are opened, then massage this cleansing balm for 5-10 minutes. The easy to remove black heads will fall off quickly. The ones that are deeper, will loosen and the next time when you repeat the process they will fall off too.

8. Why is it so expensive?

OC formulations are made with the best quality of oils and essential oils to give you the highest efficacy. 9. How long will this last?

Our Pollution Defence Cleansing Balm is 30 grams which will last for 2-3 months depending on usage behaviour. We would request to use just a pea size of the balm as our formulations are potent, very little quantity is required for your entire face and neck.

10. can I use this kit if I am in my 30's?
