Hydrocortisone steroids, Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, Light Paraffin, Dimethicone and other silicones, Triglycerides, Synthetic Colour, Synthetic Fragrance / Parfum, Harsh Preservatives like Parabens, Diazolidinyl Urea, DM DM Hydantoin, Phenoxyethanol.

STEP 1: Take 1-2 pumps of the oil and apply on the affected areas twice a day.

STEP 2: Cover it with a soft cloth to improve absorption of essential oils and aid healing.

STEP 3: If using it as a daily massage oil, Take 3-4 pumps and massage the whole body of the child, focusing more on problem areas if any.

STEP 4: Best used at bed time to aid relaxation and assist in sleep. Can also be used post bath on damp skin.
